Shipping and delivery costs

• The expected delivery time will be indicated after receipt of the order, generally we deliver within 5 working days.
• Delays that occur outside the fault of Optima Forma Fitness B.V or that occur at our suppliers and / or arise
  by force majeure are beyond the responsibility of Optima Forma Fitness B.V and may lead to longer delivery times.
• If the delivery time is longer than 2 months, the customer has the right to dissolve the agreement.
• Optima Forma Fitness B.V has the right to deliver in parts.
• Shipping costs including packaging and insurance:

8,50 EUR (incl. VAT) Worldwide

The right of return:

• The customer has the right to return the product(s) within 14 days. Within 14 days of receipt, the customer has the
  right to unpack and examine the product(s).
• In the case of return, the customer must ensure that the product(s) is/are well packaged.
  The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer.
